Hypnosis works by giving you the methods, tools and information to support your motivation to take control of your weight. The course offered covers all aspects of food choices and eating behaviour, with sessions on motivation to exercise and stress management. There are no diets, no monitoring of what you eat, no exercise programmes, no targets or deadlines. You decide what you want to do. Once you have taken control, you will amaze yourself at just how powerful you can be in succeeding in achieving, and maintaining, your ideal weight in a way that is healthy, natural and permanent.

HEALTHY - You will naturally be attracted to healthy food and eat sensible quantities. You will also find that you simply lose interest in foods you know to be unhealthy, so there is no feeling of deprivation. You really can eat what you want, when you want.

NATURAL – Hypnosis supports the process of healthy eating, rather than achieving some arbitrary target weight, which may be unrealistic for you. Once you have taken control of the process, the outcome will naturally follow at a rate which is right for you, without adversely affecting your metabolism.

PERMANENT – Unlike dieting, you will achieve your ideal weight by doing what you want to do, not what someone else has told you to do, or not do. So, this is not a "diet" with a target or finish date, as the weight loss industry would define it, it is simply how you are now – in control, and you will have learned the skills to stay that way.
